WHAT WE OFFER
What We Offer
Building Capacity for Youth-Led Change
At Future Rights, we believe that transformation begins with knowledge, connection, and accountability. Through the ELEVATE Model and Learning Approach, we strengthen youth-led and youth-focused action — helping individuals and organisations grow, structure their ideas, and scale their impact for justice and sustainability.
ELEVATE Training Programmes
Our ELEVATE Learning Approach offers structured learning journeys that shape mindsets for justice, participation, and evidence-based action.
-
Foundation Course: a 5-module experience that builds shared understanding around systems, participation, evidence, accountability, and agency.
-
Thematic / Ad-Hoc Trainings: short, co-created sessions on key topics such as:
-
Climate and environmental justice
-
Gender and inclusion
-
Human rights and protection
-
Participatory monitoring and accountability
-
Conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding
-
Digital participation and ethical storytelling
-
All trainings can be delivered online or in-person, and are adapted to participants’ contexts, capacities, and languages.
Tailor-Made Learning for Groups and Organisations
Every initiative, organisation, movement starts from a different place.
We design custom training and capacity-strengthening pathways for youth-led initiatives, NGOs, schools, and institutions seeking to make their work more inclusive, participatory, and accountable.
Our tailored sessions combine:
-
Organisational development (governance, safeguarding, M&E)
-
Leadership and shared-decision frameworks
-
Systems thinking and justice-based design
-
Applied learning and reflective practice
Future Rights provides mentoring and one-to-one guidance to:
-
Emerging youth leaders or activists
-
Grassroots initiatives shaping their identity and governance
-
Organisations seeking to embed participation and justice in their programmes
Mentorship may cover areas such as strategic planning, partnership building, evidence and advocacy design, or ethical storytelling. It’s not consultancy — it’s accompaniment, rooted in solidarity and lived experience.
Learning Communities and Peer Exchange
We foster intergenerational and cross-regional learning spaces where activists, educators, and practitioners can share experiences, co-create tools, and strengthen their collective agency.
Through workshops, online dialogues, and regional exchanges, participants become part of a growing ELEVATE network — a community of practice committed to justice-based, youth-driven change.
